The Corona crisis is upon us, and that means that like many places, Trampoline House is closed these days. This crisis can hit refugees extra hard, and isolation is especially difficult on children. With this in mind, Trampoline House has created some online activities. Here children are happy to take a break from quarantine with online homework help with a familiar face.
Trampoline House’s business workshop takes its participants out of the house and down new tracks towards a more self-sustaining future. The last track took our participants to the Metro Service in Amager that opened their doors and gave the group greater insight into working life in a Danish business.
Sarah from Palestine dreams about opening a café with her own cakes, but it requires language skills and knowledge of the Danish job market. To practice her skills Sarah visited the elementary school in Jyllinge to teach a cooking lesson together with Trampoline House’s job training program, Next Practice. According to LG Insights, the job training is of great value to both the participants and the society.
