On Sunday, October 30, Dr. Poornima Luthra will conduct a workshop in Weekend Trampoline House on diversity, equality, and inclusion.
Workshop participants will have the opportunity to explore the role of biases, and what we can all do to be active allies of inclusion. Through thoughtful activities and videos, participants will be able to reflect and feel empowered to co-create a culture of inclusion where diversity can thrive.
The aim of the workshop is to secure that Weekend Trampoline House is not contributing to the systemic racism, xenophobia, and sexism that the house users experience in the Danish asylum system and integration system as well as in society in general. The workshop is intended to give people in Weekend Trampoline House the language and tools to detect, address, and change systemic racism and sexism in the house and in the surrounding society.
